My friend just switched from steam to epic games and is unable to merge her progress. When will this be fixed?

Sorry. meant epic to steam. But the website for linking says that merge is disabled, and twitter posts say it's been that way for months

We don't have a concrete date yet, but Mandy did mention it'll be fixed before the end of the year here:
