Sheva and Carlos not hearable tought the entire map bug!

When Sheva or Carlos is getting hooked or downed (without calm spirit) they sound completely silent. Here a proof video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_uaevzyY7Q
Killer didnt hit her on hook, when you play Sheva herself you CAN hear her sounds and when someone is close to her being hooked you can hear it also, but when you are opposite side of the map you can't hear her and its super annoying, fix it pls
