Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Are there funny common names?

Hello from Japan!

Japanese people often compare spikes of a window blocked by the Entity to hijiki (a kind of seaweed). Also, they compare the footprints of survivors to "beni shouga" (red pickled ginger).

When I watch Japanese streaming, it is so funny that they say the names of those foods in a serious voice while a game.

Are there any funny common names like this? Thank you.

    Hello from Japan, too.

As we are also Japanese, I am familiar with DbD slang in Japan. Like kebab.

Maybe this is not the answer you are looking for:

One that I've seen recently, now that I'm staying on the English forum, is "Sad-ako".

It is a reference to Sadako, but the emphasis is on "Sad"(悲しい) because she is weak. I like it okay.

If I were a native English speaker, I would know more interesting DbD slang.
