Survivor: Attune with purple glyph, do it quickly or get “Exposed”

i ran up to it, attuned and received the exposed status but no credit was given. On the tomb page.
do I have to crouch walk to it or something?

Getting Exposed means you failed it. You can't let it see you before you grab it.

The issue is on scummy killers and you, if you are impatient if you have a decent killer.
here's how to fix the issue:
- make glyphs visible for killers again (they were vis for a while but now are not?)
- punish killers for attacking survs that are doing glyphs. (hindered, loss of bp, etc)
will some people dc and even leave the game if bming is punished? yep, and that's what we're all hoping for.

I believe it's pink. Aproachbit so that it doesn't have los on you

You weren't fast enough. If you got exposed, the pink glyph "saw you" before you managed to grab it.
