Still crashing after installing new hard drive into PS4

  • Platform: PS4
  • Description: System crashing; music stops, and textures stop loading, everything becomes low res.. The next time the UI changes, the game freezes, then crashes. Actually, the entire console crashes, not just the game - If I try to quit out of the game, the console's UI freezes. Happens at any point in the match.
  • Repro: Join a game, roll the dice
  • Rate: More than 50% of matches

Troubleshooting: First I cleared the console's cache; then rebuilt the console's database; then setup a VPN server, thinking it might be h4xx0rz; then deleted and reinstalled the game; then installed the game on an external harddrive; then installed a new hard drive, and all the software. Still crashing most of my games.
