We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Addons or items sometimes won’t be equipped when loading into a match.

I was playing a game of Wesker and I noticed I didn’t have one of my addons, and just now I loaded in as Ada and didn’t have a med-kit I had equipped in the lobby.
Might have something to do with you running out of an item and then getting it back in the bloodweb making it bug out?
