PC - Matchmaking incentives not working after first match

When game is started matchmaking incentives might be visible either for killer or survivor. After first match they are not visible for either. Restarting the game fixes the issue and shows the incentives again.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run game
  2. Check if game offers any matchmaking incentives
  3. Play a game
  4. Check matchmaking incentives

Expected: Incentives should be visible (although not every time).

Actual: They are NEVER visible after first match - also in the times of the day, where they definitely should be offered (e.g. EU around noon for survivors)

Restarting the game shows the incentives again.

I noticed the issue starting to happen somewhere around 6.3.0 version
