No Challenge Available ???

When I hover over the Archives area in the lobby, it shows No Challenge Available.

Happens all the time since the 2nd rift of the Haunted Halloween compendium came up this morning. This bug does not happen with friends though.
Only thing I think was unique is that I had all compendiums complete and no challenges available at all before the new page opened this morning. Linked??
Progress still counts but to check it I have to open the rift up.
