I never got my 2 extra prestige levels

When the last update dropped it was said everyone level 50 and prestiged 0, 1, or 2 before 6.1.0 would receive 2 prestige levels.
I have all the survivors done since but on killers (besides dredge and artist they weren't the right level) never got the prestige levels and were all left at prestige 1.
