Pig is the weakest killer in DBD!
This killer is so terrible im about to drop her! Everything that made her decent from like a year ago is gone and she is actually a ######### killer at D+! No matter what build or add-ons it seems like its just not enough! No even with STBFL Pig is sh*#!!
Why does an already weak killer continue to get nerfs it makes no sense unless BHVR is taking liberties with the Saw creators!
I cant believe how bad this killer is! I want Crate of Gears & Jigsaw Sketch Pig from 2020-2021 back! Screw this killer so bad....

I mean, Piggy at least have a secondary goal for survivors, which is traps on a head, it puts aditional presure and preventing gen-rush.
And she at least have "some sort of" anti-loop, and she can sneak up.
Aside from these 3 that I mentioned... They are typical M1 killers without an any anti-loop ability.

Nope! Clown's 1 v 1 is "way" better than Pigs as he gets faster downs! Trapper has the rng element that is superior to Pigs bear traps just by engaging in chases! Pig is significantly weaker than these two!
Incorrect! Trapper at least has element of surprise (rng) and can force survivors to abandon loops! Pig is just s**%!

Trapper and Sadako exist you know
Amanda has some small level of map pressure and chase power with her ambush, Sadako has a restrictive teleport and semi-stealth and Trapper has a power that is almost impossible to make viable in high elo due to how its designed, plus don’t forget dbd is a timed game so trapper is using alot of his time to get to his bear traps and set them up

I disagree that she's the weakest. Her ambush is pretty rubbish, but she has some kinda-sorta reliable stealth (IE, you use it to sneak up, not to charge an ambush) and she has some really solid game delay. She isn't that great, I'd put her around low C tier, but there are killers that couldn't dream of delaying the game like Pig.
Pig's one of those killers that does have some value, you just have to really work for it. A killer like Clown, while definitely weaker than Pig, is a lot easier to approach- the bottles provide much less value but it provides that value much easier than Pig's bear traps and stealth. It's easier to just throw a bottle and get a hit than it is to really capitalise on the value that Pig provides.
Still, she is weaker than she needs to be, she could use some buffs.

You know whats funny..the way you make it sound (in game slowdown etc) Pig is decent but she is not and the whole "she has her own in game slowdown" is an illusion bc she cant get headpops anymore and survivors are getting they're traps off the second or third box and boom "right" back on a gen! Trash!

...But that is game delay? What you're describing is game delay, they're spending enough time to run to two or three different boxes, and they're not on generators while they're doing that. If you're a good killer, and you have good map awareness + know what you're doing with Pig's kit, that's far more time than most other killer powers can give you.
She doesn't need headpops. She needs survivors to be scared of headpops so they stop working on generators and prevent the headpops.

I will do it again, Sadako has a restricted teleport and no chase power, Amanda (Pig’s actual name btw) has ambush and crouch which gives her stealth and a possibility of getting a surprise hit off, her RBT’s encourage survivors to not be on gens consistently, making them a minor slowdown with the only issue being that they don’t discourage gens well enough
Sadako’s condemnation also does something like this, but only if you can actually build her condemnation up which requires you to either teleport close to a survivor or a survivor willingly grabs a tape

Wrong Jester! You are incorrect! Her headpops made up for the fact that she is a weak "slow" killer! Ok "one" or "maybe" two survivors are off gens....ok, while another survivor is in chase (Pigs bigger issue) they are going to the jigsaw box and removing it and then "right back" on the gen so your so called "in game slowdown" did absolutely nothing! lol
So your wrong Pig "needs" headpops to be even viable bit due to the nerfs and current iteration of Pig she will mostly never get headpops! This killer is sad why are you trying to defend her as if shes not a bad killer?

If you actually think the RBT's are a "joke", if you don't understand how important innate slowdown is for a killer to have in their kit, and you don't see how big of a buff the change to the RNG to her traps were -- that just shows you don't understand how to play Pig at all.
You're 100% correct on both game delay and head pops. If you do get a head pop, that's a bonus, but it's the 3-4 box search multiple survivors have to do now with the RNG change that can grind a lot of Pig matches to a complete halt in the mid-game, giving her a chance to secure the pressure needed to win the game.
Pig isn't as good as her kill rates would suggest -- she's no Nurse or Blight -- but she's definitely NOT the worst killer in the game.

In that scenario, while you're in chase with one survivor, those other two are going to Jigsaw boxes to remove the traps (taking between one and four boxes to do), and then they're back on gens.
For any other low tier killer, you're in a chase with one survivor, and the other three are all on generators.
It's not that I'm defending her, it's that I think you're wrong. The slowdown she brings bumps her up out of D tier, and it's at the bottom of C tier where she remains. It's not that good, she's still weak, but she's not literally the worst.

Trapper can do the same thing she does but work much less and get better results! Sadako has a in game slowdown that is better than Pigs because of her overall kit!
Pig literally has nothing going for her! Her beartraps and getting them off at Jigsaw boxes occur from attempt 2-5 (in actuality rng is not a reliable thing in games as it is too inconsistent), shes slow and her "bad maps" are worse than other killers with the same bad maps! As i mentioned already her ability is only subpar as it gets countered by Spine Chill, Premonition and Stake Out so they're already off the gen and getting distance on you and her ability at loops (non stealth) is only okay at "certain" loops, usually the bad ones!
She is at D+ and not at D or C+! Pig is a joke man!

It's attempt 1-4, but getting all four traps off requires 12 total searches, as per the new update that smoothed out her RNG considerably and made her slowdown far more reliable. People are mechanically incapable of removing all their traps first try now, which means that you will get slowdown out of her traps if everyone has one put on.
I'm not gonna argue with you about the ambush because it is pretty bad, it's easily the worst part of her kit. The stealth itself is... fine, it's not amazing, but you can use it to sneak up on survivors, that isn't countered by Spine Chill anymore. Also, who uses Premonition, lol?
What does Trapper do better, exactly? They don't really do the same thing.

I didn't played Pig at all, I'm not gonna lie, but I did played a lot of legion and I also watched a lot of CMWinter vids on Youtube, I can tell, that Pig makes more pressure and stronger in loops, than legion.=)

she has gotten a few buffs recently, addon pass and less rng to her traps making them much better than they used to.
she has some advantages to her like a basekit effective slowdown that's not as gimmicky as "condemned" and has something to try around pallet loops so she doesn't always have to run head first into them like sadako.
but sadako has an advantage of starting a chase else where immediately when she wants to after she gotten a pallet or two out of the way.
anyways you have a ton of other stronger killers to play so just go with them.
pig and trapper are always destined to be d tier and that's honestly ok they're leagues better than how they used to be at least.

I dont base things off my personal experience in regards to killers! I "can" and very much at times do well with Pig, i even just 4k'ed with her but i bring up facts!
The matter of fact and the truth is Pig is weak and literally every other killer is better than her!
Ehhh i dont use Amanads letter bc i need her bear traps! The issue is not me winning or losing with her, i do well but im pointing out her weaknesses and her strengths in no way outweigh her overall weaknesses.
I actually have some pretty cheap builds with Pig but i know at the highest level it wont be good enough!

I know I have the unpopular here, but from my own experience I am so much better with Pig than Billy since his nerf.
Stealth goes a long way for me, and combine that with Pig's traps she's pretty strong when used correctly. She was the first killer I ever played and mained tbf, so I'm a little biased.
Also using Billy's chainsaw on console is a drag.

Its because Billy is probably the hardest killer to learn and even play. His power is very unforgiving and gets punished heavily for mistakes.
How ever once you surpass that initial barrier, he's very fun to play and is pretty solid. Even on Console.

Trapper, Freddy, Sadako for example.
Pig has the best Basekit-Slowdown in the game together with Pinhead. It recently received buffs.
One thing should be a buff to crouch/uncrouch and Ambush.
Addons are mostly fine, M1 is M1, RBT are strong, Ambush needs some help.

Someone mentioned these three already and i explain why they are stronger than Pig, especially Freddy and Sadako! These killers minus Trapper are in higher tiers and Trapper is better than Pig!

Trapper is only good with a basement. Freddy has 1 Addon and a lot of Perks cant be used. Sadako is terrible.
I win much more games with Pig than Sadako.
Watch CMWinter to improve with Piggy, she is not top, but not flop either. She was bottom5, with the RBT-Buff she is probably C-Tier, no D-Tier anymore.

In chase Pig is garbage yes, but her traps are really strong for reliable slowdown since their buff a while ago. Obviously you have to get the downs first, and that's why she is indeed low-tier, but she's better than a few killers like Trapper, Sadako, Myers, Freddy, Clown and maaaaaybe Legion.

CMWinter is the last person you should watch for good Pig tips. He lobby dodges a lot, he usually always runs tampered timer and crate of gears, he's always burning indoor maps etc.
If Scorpionz was still playing Dbd regularly he's the one I would recommend. He runs basic yellow and brown add ons, will take on any lobby, and never burns map offerings.

Trapper is worse. He can snowball sometimes with Traps but on certain Maps the Traps are clearly visible and can be avoided or disarmed easily. Pig has the Headtraps that can sometimes kill you if youre playing in soloq, cuz people just do gens as they feel like and most importantly, they are always a slowdown. Trapper doesnt have a slowdown, in fact he slows down himself by setting up traps.
Also the fact that STBFL is pretty good on Pig also makes her better than Trapper in my opinion.

Indoor Maps only for Amandas Letter. He dodge Map Offering when bringing Amandas Letter.
Besides that, he dont dodge any lobbies in the last couple of streams I watched.
Crate of Gears, Tampered Timer and the green Gears are the best addons, if u dont run Video Tape with Ruleset No. 2
Scorpionz plays till today always with Whisperers and Monitor & Abuse... Addons he uses Combat Traps and the needles all the time.

Sadako is good and not terrible at all! I don't care about your personal experiences so why bring it up! I do good with Pig too but it doesn't take away from the fact that shes a trash killer!
Pigs bear traps didnt get buffed at all. Her strong trap add-ons and base kit have been getting nerfed! She is better than none of those killers "especially" Sadako! Sadako is good and yall trippin!
