Cannot get Evil Incarnate Trophy

Playing on PS5. I have done two successful matches where I kill all four survivors with the Tier 3 tombstone Mori. In both cases, the trophy did not proc. Load out is included in the video descriptions. I have two videos proving the issue
Any way I can get the trophy credited to my account somehow? This is VERY hard to do and requires a lot of luck, on top of two very rare add ons
