Bugs and Notifications

Does anyone know if there is a way to sign up for certain bug fixes. What I mean is to be notified when a certain bug is fixed. I know patch notes will end up writing out the various bugs fixes but there are some ones that just seem to be ignored. For instance the older archives that are bugged, since they arent disabled I am not sure when I should put them on. (Personally I am lucky that I only have one that isn't completed so I can just leave it on but I know several people have multiple). And especially with the Devout emblem almost always being a full rank lower its less than ideal when trying to pip up as killer (I know rank, Im sorry grade, doesnt mean anything but it still is a lot of BP on reset day). Or the Midwich hook. I just kinda want to know when these are fixed.
