Sound bug with Tinkerer and perhaps Pyramid Head

I wasn't recording but I was just in a match against a Pyramid Head. Whenever Tinkerer went off midchase, the Pyramid Head left me to the almost done gen but the chase music was still going. The music also sounded very distorted than usual during the time Tinkerer was going off. I thought I was about to be disconnected from the game. It happened 3 times in the match. I'm not sure how long chase music goes even after a killer breaks chase but it sounded very abnormal.
We were also on The Game.
It was like how Doctor has his madness play chase music when your madness reaches a certain tier.
If this was completely normal and Tinkerer working as it should, apologies for the report.

My only thought is, did he by any chance also have Dark Devotion and you were hearing your own terror radius as the obsession after he hit you and then left chase?
If not then it sounds like some weird sound bug or something.

Their build was Tinkerer, Nurse's, Trail of Torment and BBQ. Probably one of the stranger games I've had considering how much Tinkerer was throwing me off midchase.
