How often do you use Styptic Agent?
Despite being arguably the best Survivor add-on, I find I hardly use it at all. I liken it to old Moris, where it could easily swing a game if used properly, especially on multiple Survivors. So to me it feels way too strong to run.
How about you guys? Do you unabashedly run the best stuff like Styptic? Or do you keep it modest and hoard all the good stuff like me?

Idk if I would call it the best addon, especially after it's been indirectly nerfed with conspicuous actions so it can no longer act as a free hit against camping killers.
BNPs and Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe are still very good contenders for the best addon slot.
Although to answer the question, not really. I didn't really use it much before and the few times I did were mostly for MoM builds.

I Almost never use it. sometimes when I'm feeling cheeky I might pop one on for a chase build but that's almost never.
Though against a nemmy one time, he was "camping" the gate and he had NOED and the timer was almost gone. so i got myself hit by a zombie then used it to tank a hit with Endurance. no way would I got out of there without it, especially since my teammates wouldn't leave

I’m like you. I don’t like using it or syringes very often because I think they’re too good. I do the same thing with Eruption too, I refuse to run that perk at all until it’s nerfed.

I feel like BNP is overrated. Sure, if you have a 4-man SWF and you all run it, it’s great. But as a solo, it doesn’t do much. Wire Spool + Socket Swivels is better imo.

Nah it's still the blood amber, and by a long margin. On demand, multiple use wallhacks is always going to be better than another health state, and you can just use dead hard for the same effect.
It keeps you out of the bad chases in the first place, and can still help you mindgame mid-chase depending on the tile. On indoor maps you will always know which direction to move towards; pair it with something like a shadowstep totem and you are invincible. Undetectable can mess with it a bit but against regular killers it's just so brutal.

I've been playing since launch, and I think I've used it no more than 5x

Blood amber is neat, but ive gotten more use out of alert. tho being able to use on demand like you said is more valuable.

Try it with a map offering, it really shines on any multi-floor or indoor map
RPD, Midwich, The Game, Lery's, etc etc all make it broken OP; especially when stacked with a stealth perk or two. Lightweight, Shadowstep, etc make it so you can be holding W away from the killer when they are still miles away while leaving no trace. Stack left behind on that and I basically never die while using it even if my team falls apart

Once a year maybe, when I run plunder build and find it in a chest. I hoard all my stuff

I NEVER USE BROKEN STUFF, and this is for both sides... If i should found someone with that addon you will be sure that i'll tunnel to death said guy, no matter what will happen... i DESPISE broken stuff and if you bring it against me it's like a declaration of war (same matter when people bring map offerings and toolboxes)

I've never tried to use it. But i really should. I'm guessing it's best used on yourself as an uber deadhard

You guys should try the insta heal with the zoom juice. Super unbalanced lol.

That's always fun. Love how refined serum stacks with a haemorrhagic syringe.

I use Syringes more but if I'm out of syringes I'll use it because I can mean saving a teammate from going down again in the middle of a chase.
I had a match where it was just me and a Dwelf...mind you it was really sickening to save a Dwelf but as their teammate I was obligated to do it ....they were slugged by the killer and they were sitting there signaling that they were fully recovered so as I was being chased I was able to get about two lunge lengths away from the Killer and was able to get the Dwelf up and used the Agent on them as we were both able to escape..... the killer was impressed I was able to pull it off in that manner lol

I hoard all addons/items rarer than yellow. I'll make an exception for a green add-on when I'm feeling festive, but otherwise purple and iri are carefully hoarded.

Very rarely. But Survivors in my games like to use it once a few games so it is bit annoying.

Pretty much never, I cannot actually remember the last time exactly. I used to only really use them when I was doing old prestige and was going to lose everything so I would use up all I could before that
