New killer is an insult.
Power useless for second hits when a killers power is needed the most to help them down survivors.
Deep wounds has no pressure at all since it still stops from mending at 99% making it have no pressure on the game at all if the killer leaves the survivor.
Moves at 110% so your pretty much forced to either be pallet looped or use your power in which case you ca'nt down a survivor with.
Survivors outrun his power even in small distances without using sprint burst.
Maps are way too big for his short and slow sprint to catch and multi hit survivors.
As soon as survivors know your playing legion, they just genrush cuz you are no threat at all.
Was the point of legion just too make Freddy go up a tier?

Well the devs promised to buff freddy and technically (even though he got nerfed this patch too) he is not as weak compared to other killers than before
