Disconnected from host and crash issue

After 1 year I started playing dbd again. Everything was fine but since 2 days I have been getting disconnected from host or my game would entirely crash. I'm playing on a ps5. I really enjoy dbd but now I'm considering to quit I just got a 2 day ban. My WiFi in fine I checked speed is around 100 mb download and upload.
