So with the rework, ive been trying to find a way to make this perk work other than hooking people and hoping survivors are too busy to make a save. What are some of your best MS builds?

This one has been pretty good, since Victor can camp the hook with MS still activated. You can also leave him idle nearby and hope the first rescuer kicks him and gets exposed before attempting the save. I've actually gotten quite a few cheeky half states bodyblocking with Victor as someone comes in for a last second save, and actually having them in the basement isn't so important with Twins.

Maybe sloppy and forced could go, but they are really nice for twins.
