Altruism

So I've noticed that if you do well enough, no one will be injured or anything. However, when this happens, your altruism badge is almost guaranteed to be nothing. I don't really think that's fair. There was no altruism to be done. Why take away from me when we did great? I think maybe if no one gets hurt or hooked or anything, the badge should at least be silver, because what else was I supposed to do for altruism?

I've also had my disagreements with the emblem system, for both sides. If you as survivor get downed 1 time, suddenly impossible to get iri Unbroken emblem. If you let survivors get healed, or hang around hook for like a second as killer, you lose points for that as well.

Yeah and right now devout emblem is broke so a 4K is counted as a 3k so double pup is impossible.

Yeah that's the odd thing about dbd. If you do awesome you're punished.

Killers get the same if they 4k before a gen is done, you get little points and thus no pips, even though you stomped.

Want to rank up? farm points, but just don't do it in a way that that is seemingly working with the killer, because that's bad.

Right. At this point either side is just "do well, but not to well. Or else."
