We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Quick and Quiet doesn't work on exiting lockers

I definitely hadn't used it recently, it was visually off cooldown, and when I quick vaulted out of the locker, it made the noise and still put the perk on cooldown.
