Frenzy Deep Wound underwhelming

Mending definitely IS a form of healing. Almost never down someone who has deep wound.. was looking forward to prolonging the heal to find them but it just is almost always escaped.

They're still making changes, their next one is when you cancel your power it doesn't go to zero it stays where you canceled it. It's not huge at all since you still get stunned but they also mentioned that maybe they might make it where if you use Deep Wounds on someone who is injured it would only take 3 hits to down them. It was kind of confusing when I heard it.
