We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I am currently doing the challenge 'Reverent' from Tome 6, level 3. I noticed that even after getting a 4K, the game only adds 3 progress to the challenge. I don't know if this is specific for this tome or if this happens with other, similar challenges as well.
Playing on PC (Windows 10) and Steam.

This glitch is screwing with a lot of things. It’s what’s denied me the Evil Incarnate achievement. Imagine getting all four kills, but the game screws you and only counts three
