What perks do you want to see?

With more killers and survivors coming out each tome what are some perks that you would like to see? For me I would like to see:

Killer: An out of chase movement perk. With maps like Badham, Eeyre, Garden of Pain it would be nice for the non mobility killers to be able to actually transverse the map in the same decade. I feel like killers that already have map mobility like Nurse, Blight and Spirit wouldnt really need or use it but it could be helpful for those killers who struggle jumping between gens.

Survivor: I would like to see a perk like blast mine that you can place on the ground, vaults or in lockers. I think having a cheeky stun deception play would be a fun addition or something of the like
