We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Healthy survivor is injured because they took a protection hit with the spear yet was not made injured.
@AnneBonny and @sizzlingmario4 both confirmed that this bug with Deathslinger is still in the game, but it should also be the case with Artist's crow swarm and Pinhead's possessed chain as they both are non damaging attacks that trigger protection hits.
Figure I would make this into an actual bug report as it appears to be an issue still in the game.
