Can we get a screen indicator of an endurance hit for killer?

Yes, survivors light up when they're hit during the endurance, like after unhook or they pull off a DH.

But this effect can go unnoticed in many situations, when there's chaos around the hook or there are obstacles, the killer flicked or whatever.

I sometimes stand in place for a split second assuming I should be about to pick the survivor up only to realize that they ran off with deep wound. This is especially confusing since, for DH at least, the survivors actually scream as if they were downed.

I propose a short white hue around the screen (kind of like blue effect for boons), that would 100% help the killer notice what happened in these situations.
