Ada Wong Adept Achievement and RPD Map Achievements

I just played as Ada Wong using on the RPD map with only here unique perks and escaped through the exit gate. Game did not give the Ada Wong achievement and did not count the escape from RPD map against the achievement. Normally achievements on Xbox show progress towards attainment and the escape from RPD was not counted. Please fix this issue.

Out of the blue a few days ago achievements suddenly stopped tracking/unlocking. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
However, playing the game on cloud play resulted in achievements suddenly working as normal again. Has anyone experienced this before? On any other games perhaps?
