Is MMR confidence level per killer?

I'm guessing it's not, but, if you haven't played a particular killer for a long time, does your confidence level go down? Or if you've been playing survivor for a long time without touching killer?

I'm still trying to get out of the predicament I ended up in when MMR first came in, where I have a couple of killers that are ranked way too high and my matches are brutal no matter how often I lose.

I don't feel any correlation between my killers and the difficulty of the matches I play. It all seems very random. From potato megs one game to 4 man TTV sweat squads the next.

Protip is to just dodge the obvious SWFs when you are playing a killer who can't really deal with them. Some killers are just not made for a 4 man SWF on comms and if I am Qing up for say a wraith game I am dodging the prestige 100 lobbies every time. Let a blight or nurse deal with them imo; or deal with them on a killer where it's actually an enjoyable experience to face a sweaty SWF

I am not sure if this mmr degradation but there is a minimum level any other killer's score can be from your highest.
