PS5 - Constant error related to parties

As the title says, I'm getting errors constantly when trying to both join and host a party. Frequently only some of the party members will be placed into a public lobby while the others are still in the private lobby. Also after completing a match, we are constantly being me with an error that sends us back to the menu and we have to recreate the party. Please fix. These issues are too frequent.
