[Legion] Is it faster to constantly lunge while in frenzy?

Seeing how legion has little-to-no cooldown on missed attacks would it be faster to constantly lunge to get around the map or chase faster??

    If you pair it with Unrelenting, maybe... I'll have to try that myself.
