    I could see a rework, but the TR buff would be over the top. I've experimented with it on Ghostface to reduce his TR to the minimum, boosting it to 8m reductions would allow a build wherein you could remove his TR entirely whilst unstealthed.

    It needs a total rework. Reducing TR while in chase is such a ridiculously niche effect that it would be bad even if it didnt require getting stacks.

    It’s effect is nearly useless. Make it just slowly decrease your TR per token, period, not just while in chase. Something like 2m per maybe. Also, tokens shouldn’t be removed when the perk deactivates.

    It doesn’t lose tokens anymore. They got rid of that earlier this year.
