Legion's prestige and recolor cosmetics do not have hoodie tassels

The base outfits (Frank and Julie) both have hoodie tassels, however their prestige outfits and their common/uncommon recolor cosmetics do not have this feature.

    This has been a bug ever since their release in december 2018. Some fixes for Legion like the muted weapon swipe SFX and weird first person pallet kick animation would be highly appreciated.
