Description of issue: Somebody played with a event offering "Arcane Dowsing Rod" when the event was finished already. I don't know if is a bug or cheat.

Date of issue / game: 07/11/2022

If the player had the offering equipped when the Event finished it stays equipped until the time when they change the offering.
