DBD needs a Health's Chapter similars what Rainbow Six did
For this game have a long life time, developers should focus on a chapter to take care the game's health doing a task force to put the majority part of the team on it like was made in Rainbow Six. Why release new content if the game doenst run well? What is the difficult of the managers and team leaders understand it?

There's already Autodidact, Pharmacy, Aftercare, Self-Care, Botany Knowledge, every other Survivor perk that does things for healing.
What else could you possibly add in terms of perks that are any different to how any of these function?0 -
I think with game health OP means not ingame content but rather optimisation of game mechanics, data , code etc.

Agreed. The current roadmap lasts until the next chapter which would be released in March 2019. Imho it would be good for the game if Chapter 12 would not be released in June 2019 but in August or something like that, so they had more time to focus on the game itself.
They could still release new skins and bloodpoint events to sweeten the waiting time.

They are already actively addressing most of the issues players have with the game. New game engine, better matchmaking, buffing weaker perks/killers, nerfing OP perks, dedicated servers, fixing bugs, etc, etc. Why should we have to wait longer between chapters when they are already working on all the things you've suggested. The timeline wouldn't change much even if they did.

Take a look at what is happening at the moment: We got a new engine and since then so many players have a problem with the game crashing on a regular basis. I think this a good example why the devs should be allowed to work longer on the game until Chapter 12 is released.

They need to hold off on the next chapter and have an update where they focus solely on balance issues that reputable players / the community in general wants addressedBefore balancing, I'd prefer a focus on bug fixing but in general I agree with you.
When it comes to balancing, I hope they don't listen to the players who scream the loudest - instead listen to what some experienced streamers have to say. And the devs could sometimes be a bit more confident, sometimes you have to say "no" to the community.2 -
But that ######### don't generate revenue. So it'll never happen.
There's only one thing that matters. New stuff! New Skins! New New New! Buy Buy Buy!2 -

No offense, but lol. That wasn’t what the OP was talking about XD0 -

Usually followed by "and ######### you, more characters for you to buy in an already paid game"0
