Why are there still challenges that screw over solo Survivor players?
For example (not the only one, but I am using it as an example because it's in the most recent release):
Time 13, Level 3: Blue Ribbon Runner: Escape 1 trial(s) while using only the perk(s) Quick & Quiet and Sprint Burst and no other perk(s).
As soon as you have all perk slots unlocked, which happens relatively quickly, there is no reason to use less than four perks in normal gameplay.
If you are playing anything other than a 4 man SWF where you can reliably ask if someone is doing a challenge there is a risk you will have someone on your team who is weaker because they are running only two perks instead of four.
The developers have stated they want to lessen the gap between solo and SWF. Then why do they keep making challenges that screw over solo players? As a solo player you have no control over whether or not you have a teammate doing a challenge that handicaps them and by extension the entire Survivor team.
This kind of handicap works only in non-team based games where you care not screwing your team by running a much weaker build.

I think the problem would be that otherwise every chalange would be blind the killer x times repair x gens etc and then we could get rid of them.
But I totally get what you mean dbd might not be the best place for chalanges cause even a challenge like throw x pallets in chase get strange cause you have people insta throw every pallet in one chase wich sucks

Lol, you're going to love the no mither tome challenge
Especially if it gets reworked to make it truly a "hard mode" for more BP rewards (so you also start with a hook state or two already used for a 100% BP bonus after the game or an increase of points gained to boldness catagory)
