can we remove de pips

that ######### is so annoying busting my ass all game too not even pip up or have a face camper or tunneled or being stomped byt a swf as killer

    I'd love if the depips were removed as well. Grades are not used for matchmaking anymore, and depips often happens because of things outside of your control, like a teammate DCing or being hard tunneled.

    I'd love for them to get back the "1 depip = losing rank 1" rule.

    It's strange that you can do well in a match and still not pip or even depip because the match ended before you could farm other points. They even stated that the grades aren't a measure of skill but rather playtime. So either make the emblems easier to get or remove depipping because both of which make no sense to be the way that they are in the current state of the game.

    They should remove the negative pip and just have 0, +1, +2.

    It's not used for matchmaking so the negative pip is unnecessary.

    Devs said grades represent time played, I'm not putting in negative time.

    A 0 pip for "not doing enough" to pip does the trick just fine, no need to lose pips too. If I'm downed/camped out first I've already had an unfun match, the negative pip on top just makes me want to go play something else. If I get multiple negative pips in a row I turn off the game. Losing progress while playing doesn't encourage me to keep playing - it encourages me to shut off the game and go play something else.

    Many players have said they play sweatier builds just to avoid the negative pips, once they're Iri 1 they play more random and fun builds. If devs want more variety like they claim then removing negative pips would help because it would remove the worry of losing a pip due to not playing a meta/sweaty build.

    I agree with this, but I'd still like to keep negative pips for DCing.

    At least they should make safety pipping lot easier so if you hide in corner doing nothing or suicide on hook/dc you depip.

    I have learnd that the ranks dont be as rewarding as it is worth sweating for them. Im a casual player (or ok maybe average/good) but certainly not that pro player that reaches rank iri 1 mid of month. Still im on rank iri 2 for survivor and iri 3 i think for killer (maybe iri 2 also, i remember bringing the best to my advantage one game thursday because i was only 1 pip away from iri 2)


    You gain bloodpoints so fast, even faster if you do challenges, and reaching gold 4 basicly means just play the game. iri 1 is 500k more than gold 4 is. nice to have but not even that big of a jump to be honest. So for my skill level, its not worth sweating that much for iri 1 when i also can have my challenges in the tome and gain bloodpoints fast by just playing a few matches every evening.
