We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Flashlights are broken in several ways

Since their recent change it appears they broke in several ways.
An example being the Vault Exploit people found out a while ago:
And the other two bugs i found out recently
Pig's active Reverse Beartraps not killing you when trying to escape through the exit gate:
And Trapper's Beartraps not activating when walking over them:
These are some serious exploits that MUST be fixed asap.
