Xbox One - Red Glyph Crashing Game

Interacting with the red glyph as killer 3/4 times crashed my game. Twice as wraith once as Wesker. Logged in went to killer started game played game as soon as I interacted either after hooking survivors first or t the beginning of the game crashed my game.
