Demogorgon's perks not leveling up after prestige

Not sure if this is a bug or because Demogorgon is discontinued, but my Demo is at P4 now, and his perks are shared to the other killers at level 1 instead of level 3. PC/Steam.

This is not a bug, the perks that were once part of the Stranger Things characters are now found in the general pool of perks and as such need to be levelled up through the bloodwebs of each character.

    Its cause he got discontinued yeah, his, Steve and Nancy perks became general perks, so you have to learn them through the bloodweb
