Adept Steam achievement fails to unlock during grade progress error

Hello,
I have gotten the error that rankings are temporarily unable to be retrieved. This is usually a non-issue, as the game is able to refresh it. I was however, going for the merciless grade for adept trickster, and despite achieving enough pips for my grade, the steam achievement did not register. I achieved the other achievement for trickster the same match, so it was not an issue of steam or my achievements in general.
Here is the rank, my build (post match, no changes made) and the achievements.
