Excuse me if it's already been mentioned but I just tried to do this challenge where you can't let anyone escape through the exit gates while using thrilling tremors and got a 4k but the challenge didn't complete. Am I missing something, is it only that perk or is it bugged. Just a bit confused.

Tome 13, page 3 challenges are bugged and sometimes dont update your progress.
Try selecting another challenge and then reselect it.
That worked for me
