New pallets are INCREDIBLY hard to see.

I'm really struggling to tell what is a pallet and what isn't, the colors are too dull and the wooden slats blend into other debris pretty easily. The grungy overlay on a lot of the maps doesn't help matters.

It's even worse with deep wound.

Please revert the changes to the pallets, this is incredibly annoying.

Edit: I've been informed this change is unique only to this map, which is not the impression I got from the previous blog post...I am confused as to why they made a unique pallet skin for this map that makes it actively harder to distinguish loops. Would appreciate some clarification on this.

I think once people will get used to these new pallets, they won't have a problem with them. It's just getting used to knowing what to look out for. Maybe. That would be my guess.

They do blend into the environments a bit better than the older pallets though, it seems, at least on the new map. Not sure how it's going to be on other maps though. On maps like Mac Millan or Autoheaven Wreckers I would imagine them to still be easily spottable.

I agree that the new pallets are too grey and faded and overall harder to see. Even just the normal pallets on the older maps are now harder to spot.

I don't think saying "you'll get used to it" is a valid point here. People with poor eyesight, cheap monitors or playing on a Switch with some screen glare will definitely have a harder time playing regardless of how much they get used to it.

I don't think they should revert the changes but they should make them brighter and the red and blue more prominent/brighter. Players will feel forced to use Windows of Opportunity as an accessibility perk now.
