very disappointing chapter imo

so yeah like always someones complaining on launch but I just want to say my opinion here quickly

Lets start with the good, the knight, vittorio and the map look great, some of the perks are pretty good, animations look good and story as far as I heard is awesome.

But I feel like gameplay wise some of the things arent too great. Knight just as expected is a very boring anti-loop hold w killer and the recent buffs didnt really do anything and I honestly dont see how he can be salvaged without being made to oppressive. I didnt even have fun playing him and I like artist and love playing dredge

It still bothers me a LOT that survivors can see the green orb and the detection range of the bois but the knight isnt allowed to see surivors in the power at all??

But the big problem for me once again is the map (im probably just saying that bc the chances of getting it are increased right now and I pretty much had it 10 times in a row) because its just not getting better man. Im at the point where I really dont want to see any new maps ever coming out if they continue designing them like that. Another eyrie of crows and garden of joy-like map with so many safe pallets so close to each other, well at least the main building isnt as busted as eyrie or garden but it still sucks so much.

These are my thoughts sorry again for complaining already but I just want to hear if im the only one with this opinion

    BHVR as always does an AMAZING job making new survivors, killers and maps look aesthetically great, but the gameplay that comes with it seems to be just a dull hold w, slam gens and get out as quickly as possible and hopefully the next killer will be more fun. When I played Hillbilly back in 2019-2020 survivors would hardly ever leave jungle gyms/ filler pallets and you would be able to land some nice curves. But now it’s just predrop hold w to another pallet rinse and repeat.. and this is all based off of gameplay design.
