We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

I came to report this bug as well. I happens for all 5 players when in dream world on either of the two Crotus Penn Asylum maps. You can easily test in custom game now that bots have been added. I have only tested 3 maps so there may be more that are broken.
