The game doesnt promote bad gameplay and survivors doing gens is not toxic (literally their only objective). You have a choice of how to play and choose to camp and tunnel.

Most killers will have to just break every pallet if you pre throw and w. It takes little skill and provides boring game play for both sides. Sound familiar?

Doesn't sound familiar at all. Just play the game and dont be a toxic killer or survivor :).

Camping and tunneling is usually boring for survivor, pre-throwing and holding w is boring for killer. 70% of killers in this game can do nothing but eat the pallets. That is what I meant.

Tunneling does suck but there's not much more they can add to combat it without just giving an unhooked survivor a shield until another survivor is hooked.
You get 10 seconds baskekit BT and 10% haste which is enough to get to a pallet, window or loop. If you're a bad looper then yeah you can more easily be tunneled but that's a skill issue really.
You also have OTR, DS (which does need a buff back to 5secs) and BT which can help, not to mention teammates bodyblocking, flashlight saving, pallet saving, saboing.
