Is BBQ bugged right now?

I just had a game where i could not see the auras of 2 specific survivors with barbecue, and yes, they were more than 40m away, they didn't hop in lockers, they weren't behind gens, and they didn't have distortion nor sole survivor, so i don't understand if BBQ is bugged or they were cheaters.

I'm not doing a bug report since i'm not sure if it's a bug or what.

    How do you know they were more than 40m away?

    Also could it have been Shadow Step?

    Because it was mothers dwelling and i was on the other side of the map, also no they didnt have any boon

    I mean…. Could be a bug, could be cheaters or could have been something else…

    without any clip, screenshot we can just make assumptions. You could look up the bug report section if someone reported this and upvote if there was a recent report..

    Yeah i would've done a clip but it was too late since my program only captures 2 minutes, but yeah i was just asking here in case someone knew about it

    But I think rn Kindred is also bugged, bc I've heard that you sometimes don't see the killers aura. Haven't had it myself tho...
