Vault speed/perks inconsistency (bug?)

With the latest patch, Legion's Frenzy vault speed no longer increases when using the perks Fire Up and/or Bamboozle.

I don't believe this was intended as they've worked on Legion since day one of their release.

If this was intended, then it makes little sense for Bamboozle to say "does not block pallets" which is only possible on Legion/Wesker. In fact, that text was added because of Legion.

Speaking of which, if Special Vaults aren't affected by vault speed, why do they proc Bamboozle's blocker?

We need consistency here, please.

Edit: Upon further testing, this bug also seems to be present on Myers, and possibly Wraith with his Shadow Dance add-ons (but those numbers are so high that it's hard to tell)

    This was a shadow nerf not in the patch notes to nerf Wesker. If the killer has a power active that makes them vault faster then they cannot use perks like Bamboozle or Fire up to vault faster.
