Can Cheater's See MMR?

Ran into a very unsubtle cheater, it was obviously a burner account and it was a Dwight that was capable of instant transmission. Zip zop on a gen, zoobity bop, hook rescue. Saw it all on Kindred.
In the post game he told me that my MMR was very low. Which to be honest, since I don't like to sweat and run meme builds a lot would actually make sense. But I was curious, can he actually see it? Or was he just trying to be toxic?

Dataminers have been able to determine specific peoples MMR in the past, though that doesn't necessarily mean that the cheater had access to hacks that specifically tell them other peoples MMR
