How are they good though? It takes like 10 seconds to mend... even then if you break chase to hit other people they'll just mend and get back to work

It takes focus and work to use the Nurse, and players love her. So that blows your idiotic theory away doesn't it.

The real reason is that mend is just not a fun mechanic.
Playing a legion you run around wounding multiple players for no real benefit as you still need to chase at a slow speed afterwards negating the effect on the other survivors as they are out of mend before you know it and on a gen without healing.
As survivor you have to stay away from others or its hit mend, hit mend over and over with no need to actually heal and your better off just rushing gens.
It's not exactly fun gameplay imo, I'd say it's more frustrating than anything else, I like the devs but sometimes you have to think how they think some aspects would be a fun addition.

Some people don't like the trapper's power because it takes a lot of time and effort to down people with it.
Some people don't like the nurse's power because of the stun.
Some people don't like playing the Hag because she can easily be looped without help from her power due to the 110% movement speed.
Some people don't like playing the Pig because the time-wasting bonuses of her power aren't very obvious from moment to moment, so it feels like the power does nothing.
Some people don't like playing the Doctor because his power is non-lethal and requires you to actively waste your own time in a chase.
The Legion has all of those problems, and more. They also can't see scratch marks, and their power has depletion downsides built in to make it even harder to use. They have their own upsides, and I personally do not believe they are anywhere near as bad as Freddy, but the Legion has a whole bunch of downsides in their power that actively annoy people on already existing killers.
Because Legion didn't shake up the meta, there is nothing currently to offset all of the downsides to playing them for a lot of players. The parkour is fun, and I personally like playing as the Legion, but I can understand why a lot of people are getting frustrated when they try to use them.
There is also a dimension where the Legion just doesn't "feel" that lethal compared to a lot of already existing options, and for the more competitively minded players where winning == fun, this new killer does not have much to offer.
On the survivor side of things, the Legion isn't very fun to play against currently, and they also haven't shaken up the Nurse/Billy meta, so for a lot of (but not all) mid to high rank survivors this killer is at best "meh" to go against after the initial honeymoon period. It's not really that fun, for me personally, to play against a killer who can ignore pallets and windows at will while also being very easy to play; and I've yet to play against a good Legion player who won't force you to go down eventually. Yes, they will get gen-rushed in the meantime, but the current predominant playstyle seems to be one survivor getting tunneled while the others play M1 simulator. People are definitely not playing the killer optimally, but being honest the killer might not be that fun for a lot of people to play optimally.

I don't like him because I wanna be able down a survival without constantly using purple addons and looking down during the chase, while relying on blood, scratchmarks and stridor to follow a survivor with deep wound

Well, if you don't mind losing, Legion is fun to play just very underwhelming. That is if you play him as intended. But, As a Survivor I found him to be like a somehow more annoying Doctor but also less of a threat. Especially if your teammates waste an unbelievable amount of time healing in a corner when they're just going to get slapped again. But, Against a Legion that forces a chase loss then follows you around? That is just 100% boring. Get slapped, Get no chase points and you go down because you can't mend when they are on your ass and not starting a chase. He's overall just a badly designed Killer, Deep Wounds is greatly flawed as it makes him both Broken and one of the Weakest Killers in the game. Like... If you use Stab Wound Study and just lose chase on purpose after a double hit, You can't do anything and have to hope the Legion is a complete idiot to lose you. If they use anything else? It depends on if the Survivors heal after mending, If they do then it's an easy 4K, If they use their brain? Maybe a 1 or 2k.

Problem is, people told the devs after 2 hours on the PTB what needs to change on the Spirit. Devs laughed over it and told us to play more. Then they slowly introduced the exact changes we asked for from the beginning. It took them months to apply what the community knew from the start. Months....Iceman said:

The killer and it's abilities are odd. I'm guessing multiple people see that. It's like they put out a killer that doesn't mesh with the current game how it stands. Makes me wonder if they have plans for a future update to the game to incorporate a new system that will change the way the game can be played.
It would be interesting....but I'm not getting that hopeful.

I actually hope they take their time while tweaking legion. While I think he is currently a little underpowered, I also know that he could quickly be overpowered with only small changes. Having played him a lot over the last few days, I've come to realize he isn't quite as bad as I initially thought.

I don't like him because his power fades too quicky, big ######### deal you can see someone a mile away but can't make it 1/10th of the way.
I just let my guy do his dailies for me because he's SOMEHOW Rank 1 with Legion and I can't wrap my head around it.0 -

A year would be a bit long, but if it takes them a couple of months that is fine. He really isn't as broken as people think. Make it so when he hits injured survivors with frenzy they have one hit worth of deep wounds already missing instead of a full bar, when he hits a survivor w/o deep wounds it should fill his frenzy meter to around 150% so he can chain attacks a little easier, and maybe bump up his frenzy damage to the deep wound meter to about 30%. If they made those changes, I think he would be about perfect.

Your blinking distance (perfect understanding of ur blinks)
Survivors movespeed (So you wont blink too far from them. Someone who plays survivor helps for this.)
Predicting people (So where you think they'll go and their gamestyle)It doesn't take much focus and work. Hag takes the same amount of skill as Nurse imo. But Spirit... She takes way more skill.

After 2hours, that is not enough data to go based off. And they introduced the exact changes because those changes were valid. They probably tested it first. Then on top of that some of Spirit issues were vfx & audio bugs. And the Spirit changes didn’t seem that long to me.Tsulan said:

I agree with what you say all week I played with the Legion the truth at first did not kill anyone only points of blood 26 25 thousand is true that with brown accessories does not yield but from yellow if and it is true that I use sloppy butcher to 1 tanatofobia to 3 discord al3 and vocation or death of franklin (yes, they use 3 toolboxes) since I have a sloppy butcher it is rare for me to escape some survivor the only thing that should be fixed is a little the duration of wild frenzy that is the biggest ######### you have and also accessories that you do not always depend on butcher sloppy as well as the axes of the jacket that causes hemorrhaging and breaks the bones type butcher sloppy for 2 minutesDreamnomad said:I actually hope they take their time while tweaking legion. Using sloppy butcher or thanatophobia in legion was good at the release, now people know that they don't even need to heal... and just rush gens, hes slow, get stunned and the deep wound effect is pointless because you can mend yourself with the deep wound bar depleted.
Hes a noed killer sadly. The only fun part of him is jumping pallets but that's all.
