We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

So the perk head on doesn't work at all on the new map, Shattered square. I tried it multiple times across different matches and the conclusion was that as long as the killer is in range for the head on stun you are basically stuck in the locker until he leaves or until he opens the locker, you cannot exit the locker at all., as long as he is in range for the stun to happen.
