Does anyone know if Vigil works against Fearmonger?

Pretty sure it does but it's 30% of 5 which is only 1.5s diff

As in, it hardcounters the cooldown halting? No, I don't think it does.

Vigil won't do anything against the timers pausing while you're on the gen, but once you get off the gen Vigil will reduce the 5 seconds down to about 3.85.
