Camping and slugging the whole team to death
So the killer i played against started camping and managed to kill me and down the rest, all he did was using his power to troll us and lets us bleed out, is this considered taking the game hostage and bannable? The game was already over but I guess he had to take the game hostage for a minute.

It is not
While super inconvenient and annoying, you will die. Taking hostage is doing something where the game can't end, you all dying via bleedout will end the match.

As @tippy2k2 says, it’s not. It sucks but it is what it is. What you can do is punish the killer for playing like that and play super immersive. Many killers hate not being able to find you. You just have to make it to where you attempt to do gens here and there so you don’t get accused of holding the game hostage.
They wanna be a turd, repay them in kind.

It isn't taking the game hostage, but it is a form of unsportsmanlike conduct, so you can report them.

I do this. If we get a hardcore hook campy or tunnely killer me and my swf go into stealth mode. If we have 2 left we split up and head to opposite sides of the map and hide. First surv caught does the honorable thing and dies on hook asap and the other will more often than not find hatch. We often run shack hatch offering too.

The more often this happens, the weaker the pushback becomes on the basekit Unbreakable changes.

I believe Mandy recently commented that slugging is not an actionable behavior. She expressly said do not report slugging, nothing will come of it. It basically takes time away from legitimate (that is, actionable) requests. If a killer wants to slug four survivors they can do that.

I think it’s meant to capture things like hate speech in the endgame chat. When people played Smart Bubba and harassed Black streamers in-game (and on their streams) they used that category to bring awareness to BHVR.

Except that some slugging does have more context that that. Especially when in relation to proceeding to BM after they slug OR post chat.
It is very clear when it is being done maliciously vs "because they can", which neither of those two should be a thing anyway, but beside the point.
